Company's founder Munir khoja has also worked on port project. (First stage land survey)

Wings associates was established in 2010. Before starting the company Founder and proprietor Munir khoja worked in the field of trading and retailing of FMCG and industrial supply of   petroleum products.(clients: uniflex cables). He also worked with cargo power and infrastructers on port project.(first stage land survey). After this he also worked with ICICI Bank ltd. Because of this he travelled frequently, due to which his contacts increased and also got a chance to improve his market knowledge. During this duration he frequently used to visit government offices for his own work. Before establishing this company he also dealt in properties. This is where it came into his mind that people know less about legal work regarding properties/development/permission/license. Because of this people went to different people for different work. He also saw that some agencies take advance from clients and don’t deliver work on time. Because of this developers, businessmens, individuals precious time is wasted resulting in delay of project.

        Watching all of this, Founder munir khoja, started providing consultation to grant construction permission,Non-agricultural permission, town planning approval, architectural and interior work. In the beginning of providing consultation he used to pass on work to other trusted agencies. But he personally saw that his clients work is completed on time. He didn’t charge any consultation fee until he didn’t get clearance from government authority. In between all of this, founder started housing development projects in partnership. After which he started his own project, establishing his own company namely wings construction. During all of these projects, Munir khoja faced litigation in his own project. To solve these litigation he contacted seniors advocates Gujarat high court.

        After all this founder munir khoja decided to start a company which provides all services under one roof. And established wings associates in 2010, which provides services like architectural work, interior work, NA permission, town planning  approval, construction permission from local authority, joint venture agreement, partnership deed, sale deed, MOU, title clearance certificate, valuation report, sale purchase, project finance, etc. 

         We have experienced teams of Architects, Engineers, Senior Advocates, retired government officers. 

Eligibility:

You must know to read, write and speak gujarati. It is advantageous  if you know gujarati typing. And you are already dealing in properties. You are eligible if you operate cyber cafes, stationary store, stamp vendor, type writers, Xerox store, brokers, mobile phone dealers, etc. Also if you are a housewife. All that is needed is good communication skill, can do good presentation infront of client as well as in government offices. No need to do door to door marketing, no need to work daily, this is smart work. You have to work professionally. All you have to do is to use your public contacts. 

This is purely a business offer, smart work and no need to work hard or daily, it doesn’t mean that this is a get rich quick scheme or network marketing. All you have to  do is to bring in one or two project like architectural work, bungalow palnning, 3D elevation, interior work, Non agricultural permission work, to grant land permission from Navi sharat to Juni sharat, construction work, etc. we will provide training on How to get all of these work done. And we wont charge any fees for the work that you get. All the fee from the your client will be 100% yours. All you have to pay is one time franchisee and training fee for five years agreement.

After five years if you wish to continue working with us then you can renew our contract and if you don’t wish to continue then you can work independently.
